El Mancho

Wow, what a great couple of weeks we've had in North Wales. Snow, sun and ice starting to form. It's a shame it's all gone now :-(

At least Luke and I finally go on El Mancho (VI 7) a route that's inspired us several times of the past couple of years to head up to Clogwyn Ddu only to find that it's been busy. It did not disappoint, super fun moves with a funky 'laydown traverse' on the 2nd pitch! Here are a few photos:

Sunsets on a Perfect Day

With the stunning weather continuing the next day I biked to work the long way round over Llanberis pass and down Ogwen, it felt like I was in the alps biking along next to sunny and snowy mountains!
